With at home workout DVDs, walking, and eating better, using a calorie counting app.

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
NO TIME! With a 3 year old and a new baby it was hard to find time to workout.

What kept be going was imagining how I would feel when I reached my goal and could fit back into my old clothes!

Yes I have had a couple. I am breastfeeding so it makes it tough. I did a cleanse to break through one, and now I’m stuck again.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?

Yes! Even though my weight is more than pre pregnancy, I’m so much more “fit” now! I love wearing shorts now and I used to hate my legs!

- Write down your goals, and you WHYs for losing weight! When you feel like giving up, look at them!
- Visualize how you will feel when you reach your goal and wear cute clothes or fit back into your old clothes again!
