I had very low self esteem, i often refused to go out with my friends because i didnt feel comfortable in my clothes and thought i looked like a big fat cow, i was afraid to speak up and stand up for myself because i felt so insecure about my weight and my appearance, and i even had phases of depression
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
One day it just clicked and i got tired of being this lazy, unhealthy, insecure, overweight young woman who couldnt live her life the way she wanted to because her weight was holding her back
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
First i started with changing my diet. I went low carb the first 2 weeks without exercising. After those 2 weeks i started doing cardio 1 hour a day about 5 times a week, plus a balanced diet.
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
Well the scale went down pretty fast, but like real phisical results : already after 1 month
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
Well my biggest challenge was and still is my love of fast food and sweets, especially cake, ice cream and nutella haha 🙂

Giving up was never an option!
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Yes i did. I overcame them by increasing my calorie intake for about 2 weeks, so instead of eating 1400 calories a day i would eat 2000 calories a day, and then went back to 1400 again
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?

I didnt do any phisical activities back then and now i go to the gym 5-6 times a week

- Start! You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start in order to become great!
- Make small changes in your diet
- Move your Body! If you can’t workout then just take long walks everyday.
- Drink lots of water
- Reduce sugar and fats
