Every since high school my weight have been up and down. Just crazy diets I would loose some weight but it would eventually all come back. I am determined to stay healthy and fit. Living a healthy lifestyle is an amazing feeling. I’ve recently started running also which is something I NEVER thought I’d ever do. I’ve ran in both 5k’s and a 10k so far and I have many more that I’ve signed up for in the future. Half Marathon here I come. I honestly feel like I can do anything I put my mind to. Loving yourself is so important. Do this for you not for anyone else. If I can do it you can do it!!
