WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY? Not feeling like myself, I wanted to be like the old me. Fit and full of confidence. One day I woke up and realized I was never going to change the way I looked if I never try to change.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED? Pushing myself to the limit and a lot of self control to control my eating habits.
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART? Cutting down on soda and junk food, and replacing it all with healthy food.
