HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE? I was literally eating horrible. I didn’t have energy ever. My mentality started becoming negative on myself and with others.
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY? I weighed myself after not doing so, I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror, I didn’t like who I was becoming and how I was thinking. Knowing I was stronger and healthier before made me crave being fit and eat better!
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED? I started with small steps. Going for a mini “run”. Stopped eating bad. Completely. Then started to do little workouts at home. Adding water into my life because I really didn’t have any!
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS? Really soon! Especially after I started to drink water! Once I started to see results man it drove me to keep going! I got more energy also!
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART? Not loving my body shape!! I was comparing myself to others before I realized I was hot as heck!! Lol not because I was jealous but it’s because they don’t show ” normal” on tv and in magazines. Now I love my body and want all girls to love there shape!! Also Because I was embarrassed of what I looked like not working out. Who cares!! At least we are being fit!
DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING? No! Not after I saw the tiny bit of effort! I saw a lot more potential then I did to give up and have to restart.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT? Only about 3-4 months!
DID YOU HAVE ANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES? Yes!! My booty got plump and firm again! And my body is looking great! I would have never expected to love visual results more then weight.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?Completely different! Chicken pork potatoes and rice and beans, also eggs with a few additional things is all I eat now! Before I only ate out!
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER? Woah way different! 100% turn around. Active and energetic now!
MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Lift heavy if you want!!! But light weights work just as good for controlling and results!!
- Drink your water!!
- Just imagine every one naked and all your thinking about yourself will fade if your embarrassed to work out and look silly!
- Do your research!! If you don’t know a workout look it up! Better safe then sorry!!
- Don’t give up! If you think you can’t do it any more look at where you are! How far you’ve come!
