After seeing pictures of me pushing 210lbs, I said enough was enough. In June 2012 I started walking a mile a day. It didn’t take long to get up to 5 miles 5 to 6 days a week. I also cut back on my portions and almost cut out the Diet Coke. I drink more water now and less fast food. Currently I am down 30lbs with 25lbs to go for my goal weight.
