It affected everything. I couldn’t get a job because of my weight and being around people always made me very uncomfortable!

The eating part. Everything changes with weight loss surgery so I had to get custom to the new changes

Always but I knew this was for my own good so I never gave up and the thing that kept me going was ME

MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Stay away from things with a lot of sugar
- Exercise at least 30 minutes per day or 4 times per week
- See a nutritionist to help you make a plan on what to eat on the daily basis
- Always keep pushing it to max when it comes to exercising
- Never give up no matter how hard it gets
