I was 23 years old and 524lbs I knew I had to do something if I wanted to live a long time. Even though life isn’t promise I still want to live my life and have a family some day!

  1. Stay away from things with a lot of sugar
  2. Exercise at least 30 minutes per day or 4 times per week
  3. See a nutritionist to help you make a plan on what to eat on the daily basis
  4. Always keep pushing it to max when it comes to exercising
