when i lost about 75-80 pounds i stalled out for awhile, just kept pushing and working hard and eating right and the weight started to come off again.

today’s diet is a protein shake for breakfast and snack at 9 a.m like a bannana or carrots, hard boiled egg with out the yolk. a salad for lunch and another snack at 3 p.m. and dinner something that is less the 500 calories. i do carb cyclying . before the diet i eat fast food all the time. or big helpings of food.
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
i can run around with my newly adopted 9 year old girl. if i was still heavy i would last 2 mins .

- as little sugar as you can do
- workout til you sweat a lot
- no fast food
- no processed food
