My turning point was when I realized nothing would ever change unless I did, I got tired of being tired. With God’s help I started a journey that never ends. A journey of continuous improvement in all areas of my life.

I at first tried weight watchers and it did nothing for me, then I found low carb which evolved into full blown Keto, and I never looked back!
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
I started seeing results days after I started trying so it greatly encouraged me to keep going!
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
I had no support in my life at the time, I was very isolated and kept to myself mostly. I pretty much did it all alone without help or support.
DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
I never wanted to give up, I knew I had to get me back or die trying!
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
I just watched what I ate a little closer and adjusted my macros as needed for my height and weight. Everyone is different in this regard.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?
It took me about a year.
DID YOU HAVE ANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES?
All of my clothes were getting loose! Even my shoe size went down by 1.5 sizes!
WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I stopped eating processed junk and started eating whole foods. I threw out most carbs and sugars. The best thing I ever did for my health was Keto.
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
It started getting easier to move around the more weight I lost so I began looking forward to exercising more than I did in the beginning.
