Lowwww carbs lol… N low cal… I eat about 1300 calories n work my butt off… N try to eat between 50-65gs carbs

Its so much easier to workout now, zumba is a great workout, i couldnt do the jumping jacks before, but now i can…
MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Dont give up, it takes time
- Push yourself to your limits, then push further
- Dont be to hard on yourself, any progress is great progress…
- Treat yourself for non scale victories and hitting goals
- If you dont feel like working out some days, dont force yourself, if you do, you wont wanna do it and it’ll make you hate it…
