I started struggling with my weight shortly after college while both my parents were dealing with health problems and the unexpected death of a close friend I looked up one day and wondered how did I get here

My weight was keeping me from living life to the fullest I was suffering from depression and just wanted a change

I started with working out with a friend she held me accountable

Immediately after making my mind up for change I seen results, I was sleeping better my skin was clearing up I was moving around with better ease

The challenges I had to over come was emotional eating if I was sad I wanted to eat. I was happy I wanted to eat. If I was bored I wanted to eat I had to find a new outlet for my emotions

After seeing results I never wanted to give up it became a way of life and I wanted it more than ever

Now I’m eating clean and several times a day I don’t eat fast food and when I’m full I stop eating. before I ate just for the satisfaction of eating

I’m running now and working out 5 days a week previously my physical activity was walking to the refrigerator during commercial breaks
