MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Set small achievable goals & fulfill them. Achievement is a huge motivator.
- 10 Breath Rule.
When you 1st start running & start feeling tired, walk while taking/counting 10 deep breaths, then start running again.
- Cheat day! Give yourself 1 day/week where you eat as much of whatever you want. Depriving yourself of the foods you love will only bring you down.
- Take a day of rest, but never more than 3days in succession. Your body needs the rest to rebuild but if you go too long, you’ll fall off track. In the last 17mons, I’ve never swayed more then 3 days in a row without exercising & now I can maintain my current weight
- Protein breakfast! I can’t stress enough the value of protein & the fuel it provides. My motto? Eat like a king for breakfast & a peasant at dinner
