I was seeing early markers of genetic disorders my father had, physically my body was shutting down, my knee was popping in and it if place, I wasn’t sleeping.
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
I lost my father December before I started my weightloss from health issues that could have been prevented during his chemo if he had been at a healthier weight.
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
I tried on the largest size of jeans a store sold and they were tight. I left the store and immediately went to a gym to sign up.

I didn’t want to lift at first just cardio I was scared and embarrassed of the weight room.

Never, I wanted to change to badly.
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Yes, I worked harder and looked at my macros differently and tried different meal plans with the help of a trainer.
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?

All the time, currently it had been the scale not changing but my body still changing.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I eat more now just healthier. I didn’t eat enough when I was heavier and a lot of my calories came from drinking and other sugars.
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I was active when I was heavier but now I enjoy being active.
