I lost my mother due to obesity…that was my WAKE UP CALL.I could’ve continued down the same path & die with her or LIVE in her honor
I can’t even recognize myself sometimes. There may be days I just want to cheat out of my routine; I mean I already lost the weight, right? WRONG! Pictures like these are what keep me pushing harder, because I know where I’ve been, I know I COULD go back. I WILL NOT allow myself to because it isn’t just about the weight difference….. it’s a balance of a mental & physical change that produces growth. All it takes is making a choice, stick to it & get moving. Don’t allow your mind to talk you out of it. We are capable of AMAZING things, we can mold ourselves to what we want to be. The body is a beautiful thing , you don’t know how strong you are until you take those first few steps. Give yourself the gift of life & next level happiness….you’re worth it !
