How I Lost Weight: I Lost 100 Pounds And Counting

I lost 100lbs. with diet and exercise. I lost my first 70 plus lbs. at home lifting cans of baked beans, and dancing. I was to embarassed to go to the gym.
I thought the only people who went to the gym were physically fit people. I trained myself to portion control, and increase my daily activity. It has been almost one year, and if you would have asked me when I first started if I would make it, I would have said no. Today I am more confident with myself ,and I am determined to achieve my 150lb. weight loss one day at a time.
