WHEN DID YOU START DEVELOPING A WEIGHT PROBLEM?
I started gaining weight when i hit puberty. I ate as a comfort for all my insecurities.
HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?
I couldnt go to the mall and find any clothes that would fit. It made me feel bad that i had to always go to bigger stores and half the time i couldnt find clothes there either. Also i was always tires and always wanted to sleep.
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
I was in an mentally abusive relationship, where he always verbalized abuse towards my weight. When i broke up with him, I got stronger mentally and i overcame all the hurtfull things he said about me and decided i was going to lose the weight and get healthy… and prove him wrong!
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
Diet ,exercise. Diet doc, app supr, b12 and lipo fat burner injections. 1200 calorie diet. No meats no bread no sweets and drank only water. Lots of cardio
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
One month i droped 15lbs
WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
It was all mental for me. I had to get my mind stronger. After being called names like i was ugly, fat lazy slob,double chin etc
DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
No. I was determined and I was very hard on myself to lose the weight I was very very strict
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
When I would see my friends out eating I felt like I wanted to eat with them while they were eating ice cream and hamburgers and french fries Pizza and I had to sit back and eat grilled chicken salad and water and fruit. But I stayed strong

I eat fruit and vegetables I only eat grilled chicken I love salad I love fresh fruit I used to eat not good I was eating french fries Pizza soda chips cookies candies all the stuff that wasn’t healthy is what I was eating and now I feel great it’s a total different Outlook on what I was eating compared to what I’m eating now I’m eating healthy and it feels amazing my body feels a thousand times better
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I was always kind of lazy I’m not going to lie I was I was just want to eat and go to sleep basically now I exercise my job I love going to the gym I love working out I’m almost addicted to it I love all aspects and working out and looking good looking in the mirror and just to know like dang I look pretty good it’s a great feeling
MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Drink plenty of water
- Work out! Go hard! Do plenty of cardio.
- Eat healthy, fruits veggies, salads
- Don’t be influenced by others
- Lastly love yourself
