Weight Loss Success
I personally believe the success to weight loss depends on how much commitment the individual makes.
I was successful counting calories and taking an aerobic class. I wore a sauna suit to my classes.
If a person cannot commit to a calorie counting diet and exercise, I personally feel he or she will not be successful in losing weight.
If a person is over eating and cannot stop,they should go see a doctor.
