I was ashamed to be around friends and fellow employees. Activities that other people shared were impossible for me to consider. My life had slowed, stopped, and was at a total stand still. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, fat, and unhealthy.

I wanted to spend Quality time with my husband and new baby. I wanted to run, jump, swim, exercise and be free of the Monster that I had become. My Marriage, My Baby daughter, My Family were at stake. It was time for a change, a time for action. I weighed in at 295 lbs!

After seeing a doctor, I began my life changing plan of action. I started a Healthy Life Style Change: a low carb. diet, and attention to total calorie intake. Also, it became important to me that daily exercise and life style change was necessary I began and continue to make and find time for Healthy body conditioning and work out programs such as cardio and weight training linked to dance aerobics.

What started out as difficult and impossible has become fun, challenging, and a way of life. My life has been restorted and my Family, friends, and associates are so proud of my hard work and accomplishments.

I have found the freedom to enjoy life to the fullest by taking control of my own life. I now understand the saying, ” to thy own self be true”. I am truly Happy and Thankful to be Healthy and have a second chance at enjoying Life to the Fullest.

I Now weight in at 130 lbs, down from 295 lbs. for a loss of over 160 lbs in one year. I am so Proud …. !!!
