Around the age of 9, this started from over eating and then finding out at 13 I had pcos

As a child and teenager I was constantly worried about my weight and what people thought of me. I was 12 when I went on my first diet and it caused me to shy away from most things

I realised that we only have one life and I needed to start living it!

I threw away junk food and all the food I had emotional ties to, started walking and then decided to take a final step and had the gastric sleeve surgery!
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?

Of course, it’s inevitable to want to give up at times but positive talk and self love kept me going!

I would eat anything and everything at any time of the day. It was an emotional outlet for me, not all of it was fat and unhealthy, but I just ate too much of everything.
HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
