Why She Signed Up “My trouble spot is, and always has been, my hips and thighs. I’ve also gained about 10 pounds recently. I need a fitness routine to take off and keep off those pounds, especially in those problem areas.”

Biggest Obstacle Hectic schedule. “I have a full-time job and run a part-time business, so I may not get home til 10 o’clock at night, which makes healthy eating and exercising a challenge.”

Post-program, Jane is in love with how the quick and easy routine fits into her busy day. “I’ve lost weight and gained muscle definition in my legs and added some nice muscle tone to my upper body. My eyes don’t go directly to my hips when I look at myself. Now I look in the mirror to check out my biceps instead of my thighs!”
