Collard leaves contribute other nutrients like, vitamin K, vitamin C and folate. Bananas are a natural source of potassium, which is an electrolyte needed for proper nerve and muscle contractions.

Citrus juices in lime and oranges add more vitamin C that can help boost immune function.
