This dreamy smoothie has the zip of orange with a big punch of protein.

Ingredients:

1 cup diced silken tofu
½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
½ cup nonfat milk
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup ice cubes
stevia to taste
orange slices for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients,except for the garnish, in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish each serving with an orange slice.

Yield: 2 servings
