WHEN DID YOU START DEVELOPING A WEIGHT PROBLEM?
I was 23 years old and weighed 150 pounds when I became pregnant with my first son. I weighed 200 pounds one day after his birth. When he turned 3 months old I found out I was pregnant with my second son. And one day after my second sons birth i weighed 215 pounds. And that was the beginning. I ate fast food everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner. Over the years I made up any excuse to eat.
HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?
Last year 2015 I went to the doctor and found out I was border line diabetic and was going to need to take medication daily. My grandmother and uncle passed away due to diabetes.
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
I looked in the mirror one day and was very unhappy with myself how I had gone from 150 to 221 from just being greedy. I have a 5 and 6 year old at home that I want to raise. That was it I had to do something.

I woke up one morning and decided to try the military diet. Well I lost 8 pounds in 3 days. I was so excited.
