My before and after pictures
The before picture was taken at a work bbq. I was mortified when I saw it for the first time.
The after picture was 10 months and 82 pounds later.YAY!
I was fed up with trying everything and getting no where. I had tried all the crazy stuff out there from fasting to pills to cutting foods out. I bought all the contraptions that you could buy and still nothing. I had decided to forget about everything I had ever learned about weight loss and do the research myself. I decided to find out all I could through researching different diet and fitness programs.
In the end I found a great program that helped me shed 82 pounds and keep it off for just about 3 years and counting. It ended up being the easiest thing I ever did. Once I found the right direction to go in it was smooth sailing all the way down the scale.
My weight loss inspired me to start helping other people reach their weight loss goals too.
I changed a little bit of the foods I ate, I never cut foods out just limited some things. If anything I added more foods to my diet. These foods were key foods that helped drive the fat loss. Such as fiber foods. Almonds were key for me. I also started to change the way I worked out. I was doing cardio yet cardio wasn’t the right way to go. Sure it helps and I still do it however it is just a small portion of my workout. Strength training is what really helped. I also gave up the abs exercises as I found out they do nothing yet a few other strength training workouts are great for belly fat. Such as front squats those really work the abs big time.
For advice I would say stay away from crazy fad diets or pills they don’t teach you. I would reccomend finding a good diet and home fitness program. I now spend my time writting about reducing belly fat and home fitness workouts. I enjoy helping others break free from the fad diets and really lose weight once and for all with a proper diet and fitness program. Reduce Belly Fat
