Find inspiration, motivation, and workout tips | Mollys journeyI have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I always gave myself an excuse of why I couldnt get thin or healthy. A few years ago I realized if I dont do something I may actually die. I was extremely overweight for my height. I decided to join weight watchers and to my surprise I started to drop some weight. Eventually I lost 91 pounds. I am still on the program. I have my moments where I will gain a few pounds but I know if I make smarter decisions I will take the weight right back off. I enjoy exercising and most importantly knowing I am doing what I can to be around for my kids and family. If I can do it, trust me, you can do it!!
