1/2 cup soft tofu
1 cup unflavored soy milk (or other nondairy milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 frozen banana
4 drops stevia

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two small glasses, serve with a straw and enjoy!
