2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 ½ cups fresh or frozen, French-style green beans
1 lemon (lemon zest and lemon juice)
1 tsp. salt
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic, green beans and lemon juice to the skillet. Cook just until the green beans are crisp-steamed, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh lemon zest. Serve and enjoy!
