Serves 4
1 pound baby bella mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 fresh lemon, squeezed
3 tablespoons parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Place mushrooms top-sides down in a cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle with garlic and dot with butter. Drizzle with a bit of olive oil, then place a cover on the skillet and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Leave untouched for 5-7 minutes, then remove lid, drizzle with lemon, sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper. Serve immediately and enjoy!
