My top weight was 217lbs, but I don’t think I ever got a picture of it.


Jennifer Sabatier: Here I weigh145lbs. My ultimate goal weight is 135lbs. The weight loss from 217 to 145 was quick. I started in March 2008. But it has stopped, no more weight loss in the past 6 weeks, and I need to re-evaluate my diet. I DON’T need more exercise. I bike 40 minutes each way to work 5 times a week and I run for 35 minutes every other day…I get plenty of exercise!

    Maybe different exercising?using weights instead of so much cardio? You have done an amazing job!!!! Congratulations!!
