Ingredients:

1 zucchini, stemmed and cut into chunks, saving 2 slices for garnish
juice and zest of 1 lemon, saving 2 slices of lemon for garnish
1 ripe banana, peeled
stevia to taste
½ cup water
1 cup ice cubes

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients,except for the garnish, in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish each serving with a slice of zucchini and lemon.

Yield: 2 servings
