    While I’m an excellent multitasker.. I wouldn’t want to work while working out.. I wouldn’t get a good workout in.

    I used to sit on my stationary bike while I read textbooks for school, or watched tv on my phone. I’ve read a lot of articles saying doing stuff like this makes the workout less effective, but I would imagine it’s something better than nothing, especially if you use it regularly. You may not get as “vigorous” of a workout as if you weren’t multitasking, but it’s better than just sitting there, right?
