…weighed 170 pounds.

She decided to lose weight

…because she wanted to be in better physical condition to be able to enjoy time

…with her granddaughter, Macie.

 

How life has changed?

“When I went back to my sleep-study doctor in June,

…I had lost 33 pounds,” she says.

“The nurse even asked me

…how I did it and was making notes.

The doctor even complimented me for doing

…it on my own and the healthy way.

Macie even says, ‘Nana you don’t snore any more.'”

She lost 43 pounds.

    I am trying to get my Zumba instructor to do some country songs!  So I have to share this to her!
