This rich smoothie is the perfect alternative to a calorie-dense slice of pumpkin pie.

Ingredients:

1 ¼ cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cup nonfat evaporated milk
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
stevia to taste
ground cinnamon for garnish

Preparation:

Combine all of the ingredients, except for the cinnamon, in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and sprinkle each serving with a little cinnamon for garnish.
