Bar & Dumbbell – the Clever Bar and Dumbbell Combo
Designer Jun Hyun Kim had a great idea when he thought about merging two workout tools: the fitness bar and dumbbells.
The heavy-duty gym tools got a fantastic facelift and now take less space than before.
Use the 4, 6 or 8 kg units as dumbbells when you want to exercise with less weight.
They are shaped as (heavy) pizza slices and they have an easy to grip handle.
When you feel your warming up is done and you are ready to go to the next level, attach the unit to the actual weight plate at the end of the bar and start training harder.
The locking mechanism will keep it in place and hold it snug.
To keep the weight evenly distributed, the 4 kg slice goes to a 12 kg disc, the 6 kg to an 18 kg disk and the 8 kg unit to the heaviest disk, the 24 kg one.
