Ingredients:

½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon cinnamon
stevia to taste
1 ½ tablespoons dry roasted peanuts, chopped
2 medium apples, cored and sliced

Preparation:

In a small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, cinnamon, and stevia.  Sprinkle with peanust and serve alongside the apples slices.
