3 year ago I had my 4 child and after giving birth I weighted 254lbs I was amazed at how much I weighed so I decided to make a lifestyle change to get fit and healthy My DNA will Never allow me to be “Skinny” it’s just not in my genetic make up, plus it’s NEVER been my goal. My goal was to get healthy and that’s still the goal. Working to accomplish better health will make u realize it’s not about “The Look” it’s a “Lifestyle” I’m perfectly fine being slimmer but still thick, curvy and getting healthier. When I started the gym I was 254lbs as of last week I’m 176lbs..anything is possible once u put your mind to it and have strong will power

I first change my bad eating habits and started to get fit by working out 5 days a week

One month into working out I started to see results especially in my pants
