HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
In 21 days I lost 8 pounds and it just continued from there

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
Working full time, 2 part time jobs, 3 toddlers, no one else eating healthy in my home.

DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
100 times. Putting pics side by side kept me motivated and watching my kids workout with me. Feeling better crying less not hating my reflection

DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Yes, I haven’t been able to get under 147 for 3 months now keep gaining and lapping the same 3 pounds still pushing hard though

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?
9 months

DID YOU HAVE ANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES?
Tons! Confidence, new wardrobe, more energy, finding my happiness again better relationship with my hubby

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
Very little no proceed food

HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I workout for minimum. Of 40 minutes daily and egg 10k steps in daily where I use to barely do anything and would get about 4K steps a day

MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS

  1. Meal prep
  2. Workout as soon as you get up
  3. Picture collage so when the scale doesn’t move you still see progress
  4. Measure success with how you feel and how your clothes fit not what the scale says
  5. Find a support group. Which I now host to help keep you accountable
