WHEN DID YOU START DEVELOPING A WEIGHT PROBLEM?

Around 21 years old, I developed bad habits such as eating and binging on junk food late at night, never exercising and zero motivation to be active.

HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?
No self confidence and not liking the way I looked.

WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
Not feeling like myself, I wanted to be like the old me. Fit and full of confidence. One day I woke up and realized I was never going to change the way I looked if I never try to change.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
Pushing myself to the limit and a lot of self control to control my eating habits.

HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?

WHAT WAS THE HARDEST PART?
Cutting down on soda and junk food, and replacing it all with healthy food.

DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
Seeing results kept me going and not wanting to ever give up. It really is true when they say “once you see results it becomes an addiction”

DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO LOSE MOST OF THE WEIGHT?
A year and a half

Going from a size 10 to 2 and being able to fit in my favorite clothes.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY DIET LOOK LIKE COMPARED TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?

HOW DOES YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY COMPARE TO WHEN YOU WERE HEAVIER?
I exercise on a daily basis and I used to not be active at all and intimitaded of the gym .

MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS

  1. Counting calories and not going over the daily recommended number according to your height and weight.
  2. Setting goals and crush them
  3. Keep going no matter how hard this journey can get, at the end it will all be worth it and your hard work will definitely pay off.
  4. Do it for yourself, there’s no better feeling that being healthy and knowing you can reach your goals.
