    I’ve lost 96 pounds so far, and I plan on dropping another 50.I haven’t weighed this low of a weight since I was a senior in high school. I am going to subscribe to all of these blogs. thank you.

    I finally lost 60 pounds. It was a struggle getting there..For the past 8 weeks I’ve been up and down up and down then, up..I lost 2.1 pds to hit 60. Thank God..Oh I did figure out what I was doing wrong. I was eating too many carbs…Back on track..25 or so more pds then maintainence
