Just being so unhappy and unhealthy and getting older. My father had a quadruple by- pass and my grandmother died of a heart attack. Which really got me thinking about heart health and changing my life.

I think now that I’m closer to my goal weight its been hard and I sometimes feel like giving up. But I’ve come to far.
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Yes for a year I stayed the same. I changed up my diet and my workouts. I also kept trying to be positive so my body would be less stressed and continue to lose weight.

I also quit smoking!!

Low carb and little meals throughout the day. I drink way More water. No pop and really no fast food
