WHEN DID YOU START DEVELOPING A WEIGHT PROBLEM?
After having my son I developed heart Blood pressure and almost became a diabetic.
HOW DID YOUR WEIGHT AFFECT ANY ASPECT(S) OF YOUR LIFE?
I became so unhappy that I was sluggish. I could not sleep I did not use the bathroom on a normal basis.
WHAT WAS THE “TURNING POINT” THAT GOT YOU STARTED ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY?
My son at the age of 2 years old ask me to come down the slide with him while we were at the park. I felt so embarrassed
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED?
So the beginning of 2007, I decided to join LA Fitness. I also change my way of eating. I stopped drinking soda by replacing it with a lot of water. I started to eat a lot of vegetables like kale, spinach, dandelion, Broccoli and carrots. In the morning, before breakfast, I would hit the gym cardio for 30 minutes and lifting weight for 45 minutes. I would go to the gym six days a week. My breakfast included wheat oatmeal with flaxseed two hours later mix nuts or yogurt then lunch a salad and salmon and my dinner which include vegetables, bake sweet potato and chicken, but keep in mind I did not eat past 7 PM.
HOW LONG AFTER YOU STARTED DID YOU BEGIN TO SEE RESULTS OF YOUR WEIGHT LOSS EFFORTS?
In 11 months, I lost a total of 115 pounds by changing the way, I eat and a lot of exercising. That brought my weight down to 155 pounds. 8 years later, I still managed to keep the weight off by stayi

Going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and lifting weights
DID YOU EVER WANT TO GIVE UP? WHAT KEPT YOU GOING?
No because I seen results as I continue to push myself..
DID YOU HIT ANY WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAUS? HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THEM?
Yes.. So I change up my excersie routine instead of doing cardio I decided to lift more weights.

MY WEIGHT LOSS TIPS & TRICKS
- Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass away..
Trying not to eat past 7 PM. Trying to exercise early in the morning.
- When you feel like quitting remember why you started
- Make your BODY the sexiest outfit you own
- After exercising eat a high-protein preppers or a green drink..
- Portion size all of your food..
