102 LBS GONE in 8 MONTHS!
Before starting WW’s, I didn’t eat Breakfast, I’d have a greasy fried chicken tv dinner for lunch, and eat something HUGE and Fattening for dinner…
I was OUT OF CONTROL to say the least. Horribly, eating myself into nothing but fatal problems for myself down the road. My Wake-up Call: It was Christmas of 2007, my Husband and I were at his sister’s house with his family.
I was sitting on the couch, got up, my foot was asleep, I broke my foot. I could not move. They were trying to find a way to get me to the car, to take me to the hospital.
My husband and my Mother-in-law both have arthritis problems, they were the one’s trying to lugg me out to the car. It was embarrassing.
I was hurting their backs, I felt like I was a 600 lb BLOB. The thing is, I never felt BIG or Heavy. That was something that never registered with me. But at that moment, I was humiliated. I wanted to die.
I cried and cried and cried, not from the pain of my broken foot, but finally realizing that I had a problem. A HUGE problem with my lifestyle and choices. I decided to join Weight Watcher’s 2/21/08 weighing in at 338 LBS. When I started, I had a broken foot, fractured ankle, and mid-foot sprain.
I started Power-Walking 3 Miles EVERYDAY when I became well enough to do so.
My Neighbors have witnessed my transformation, they know that I am out there everyday, doing what it takes, RAIN or SHINE, I am out there with a Poncho or walking in shorts or pants, they know they will see me everyday!
I am PROUD to say that I have LOST 102 LBS in 8 MONTHS!
My WW’s leader asked me to come in on my 100 LB Mark and talk to the class, show the pants I wore at Christmas this past year, which were 32 W’s, which I am now in 24 Petite’s! I still have a ways to go, but I WILL GET THERE! Just you WATCH!
